Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Victory Looks! Because all of our products are custom made-to-order just for you, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Timeframe: Since production starts shortly after an order is placed, you may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • How to Request: Email us immediately at serve@victorylooks.com with your Order Number and requested changes.

  • Late Requests: After the 2-hour window, orders enter the printing phase and cannot be modified or canceled.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or if you received the wrong item/size compared to what you ordered:

  • Replacement / Full Refund: We will happily send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

  • How to File a Claim: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at serve@victorylooks.com with:

    1. Your Order Number

    2. A clear photo of the damaged/defective product (showing the print or defect clearly)

    3. A brief description of the issue

    4. In some cases, the item will be required to be returned to the label address on your package before the refund occurs.

3. Size Issues & Buyer's Remorse Because every item is printed on demand specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer (please double-check our detailed Size Chart on each product page before ordering).

  • Change of mind or ordering by mistake.

  • Color variations (minor differences between mockup display screens and physical prints are normal industry standards).

4. Incorrect Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, nor for packages returned to the sender due to failed delivery attempts.

  • Re-shipping fees will apply if you wish to have the item re-sent to a corrected address once returned to our warehouse.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your refund claim is approved, the payment will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days (depending on your bank's processing times).
